Returning Your Order

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Make sure the item is unused, with tags and packaging intact.
Have your order number or receipt handy when you contact us.

When You Can Return

Not loving your purchase? You can return it. You’ll cover return shipping, and we’ll refund the item price (shipping costs aren’t included).
Defective or damaged item: Snap a quick photo or video and send it to support@heaver.store. We’ll send a prepaid return label and either refund your purchase or send a replacement.
Wrong item or size: Don’t worry — we’ll cover the return shipping and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Item damaged during shipping: Send us photos as soon as it arrives, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
Order never delivered: Contact us, and we’ll give you a full refund.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

To qualify, your item must be:

In the same condition as received.
Unworn or unused.
With tags attached.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Send It Back

Email support@heaver.store with your order number and a brief note about why you’re returning.
We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Once we get your item, we’ll inspect it in about 72 hours.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to finalize it.

What We Can’t Accept

Used or worn items, or items not in their original condition
Sale items, promotions, or custom products
Items that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel an order for free before it ships.
Just email us right away at support@heaver.store so we can confirm.

A Few Friendly Notes

Let us know about any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.
If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, you might need to cover shipping both ways.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these guidelines.
